Bowls NSW, the peak body for lawn bowls in New South Wales, is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to help guide us into the future. A rare and impactful opportunity has emerged for a General Manager to join our leadership team, working closely with the CEO to help steer strategic operations, drive innovation, and make a meaningful impact on the sporting community across the state.
A Game-Changing Leadership Role
Based in the heart of Sydney at Level 5, 309 Pitt Street, the General Manager will be a key executive leader within Bowls NSW. This full-time position is ideal for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make a genuine difference. As GM, you’ll lead across multiple portfolios—including Sport, Membership, Communications, and Commercial—to deliver outcomes that grow participation, enhance member value, and future-proof our sport.
Your leadership will directly impact over 600 affiliated clubs and more than 45,000 members throughout NSW. You’ll be a driving force behind initiatives aimed at expanding the reach of the sport, increasing revenue streams, and fostering inclusion across the bowls community.
