The Over 40’s Pairs is an exciting event open to teams consisting of men, women or mixed! From qualifying, 32 teams will win their way through to the State Finals.

Matches are played in the three-bowl pairs format. Each match shall be played over 18 ends and have a time limit of 2 hours (not including trial end).
Qualifying play will commence as sectional play followed by knockout. Exact qualifying draws will be determined after entries have closed.
Qualifying will take place at venues across all 16 Regions. Qualifying venues will be announced at the same time as the event draw.
Teams must consist of two players from the same club. Players from separate Men’s and Women’s sub-clubs of the same Bowling Club are eligible to enter together.
Players must be aged (1) 40 years and over on 1 July 2025 and (2) 59 years or under at the scheduled completion of the Championship, December 7, 2025.
