Expression of Interest for Hosting 2024/25 NSW Open Pennant Finals
Bowls NSW is now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from clubs interested in hosting the 2024/25 NSW Open State Pennant Finals. This prestigious event will take place from Thursday, 26th June to Sunday, 29th June 2025, with Thursday designated as a practice day.
We invite clubs to submit proposals indicating their interest in hosting any of the seven Pennant grades. For clubs looking to submit a proposal in conjunction with another club, information on how to do this can be found in the Pennant Hosting EOI Form linked below.
Key hosting requirements include:
- A minimum of four high-standard greens.
- A clubhouse capable of accommodating players, officials, and spectators.
- Parking and accommodation for participants and visitors.
- Provision of catering and live scoring during the event.
A hosting fee of $7,000 + GST per grade applies. If your club is interested, please submit your EOI by email to lee.stinson@bowlsnsw.com.au by Thursday, 12th December 2024.
