2024 Member Conference Schedule Confirmed
Bowls NSW is pleased to release the full schedule and presenters for the 2024 Member Conference, set to take place on November 1 at Wenty Leagues.
With a focus on participation and engagement for members and clubs, this year’s conference is packed with exciting sessions and insights from leading figures in sports. Members can look forward to a day of learning, sharing ideas, and networking, with 11 unique sessions set to take place across the day.
From BowlsLink education and umpiring updates to practical on-green masterclasses and discussions on marketing and coaching, the 2024 Member Conference offers something for everyone! Whether you’re a club administrator, coach, volunteer, or passionate club member, the Member Conference is one event you and your fellow clubmates do not want to miss.
We are also thrilled to welcome Steve Glasson OAM as a guest speaker. As one of the most celebrated players in the sport’s history, Steve’s accomplishments are unmatched. His playing career boasts three World Outdoor Championships medals, eight Asia Pacific Championships medals, and a record-breaking nine Australian Indoor Championship titles. Beyond his playing career, Steve excelled as the Head Coach of the Australian Jackaroos, leading the team to an impressive nine World Championship gold medals and eleven Commonwealth Games medals during his tenure.
