Job Opportunity: Bowls NSW Executive Manager – Bowls
Bowls NSW is seeking a professional, positive and outgoing person to join our team in the role of Executive Manager – Bowls. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will lead and govern the delivery of the sport of bowls in New South Wales.
The core objectives of the Executive Manager – Bowls include:
- Overseeing the delivery of all BNSW Sport events and activities
- Managing and leading the Sport team
- In consultation with the State Match Committee, annually
delivering the Sport Calendar - Engaging with Clubs, Zones, Districts in a professional manner
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Clubs, Zone and
District administrators - Servicing the Match, Selection, Umpire and Junior Committees
through strong administration and Governance - Overseeing the BowlsLink database and BowlsLink education
program - Overseeing the delivery of coaching and umpiring programs
- Developing the NSW State Pathway programs
- Regularly engaging with Regional Bowling Managers
- Refining and developing the State “Conditions Of Play” annually
with the State Match Committee
