2021 Bowls NSW Rookies Events – Entries Now Open
Entries are now open for our 2021 State Rookie events.
The competition is for singles & pairs and have separate entry forms.
The NSW Rookies event is open to any Bowls NSW registered member with a declared club who have less than 30 months experience (membership).
However, as the 2020 event was cancelled due to COVID, the 2021 competition has kept the qualification date as 1 April 2018 to ensure any Rookies who missed the opportunity in 2020 may still be allowed to enter.
Please note that you can only play in the Rookie event twice, so if a player entered both the 2018 & 2019 competitions, they would be ineligible to enter in 2021.
The Rookies events are played at Zone level with the 16 Zone winners progressing to the State Finals, to be held at Raymond Terrace Bowling Club.
