NSW Para and Open Sides Locked In For Nationals

The final representative selections for 2025 have been locked in with the KENO NSW Blues & Para Blues sides announced for Nationals. Following their historic win against Queensland earlier this month, three men and women from the Para Blues Side have earned the call up to represent NSW at the Australian Para Nationals which will be held at Burnie Bowls Club from 11-15 November.

The KENO NSW Women’s Blues Side will remain unchanged after their 2-1 Series win over Queensland last week, while one player change has been made to the Men’s Side. Jay Breust will return to the Blues side in place of Brett Spurr, with Breust slotting into second for Aaron Wilson’s rink. Cody Packer will shift to lead for Ben Twist, and Mason Lewis will fill the second position on that rink.

Bragging rights are on the line for our Open Sides, with our Men looking to retain the Alley Shield for the third-straight year, a feat last achieved by Queensland between 2008-2010. The Overall Champions Trophy has been with NSW since 2018, and our sides will be doing everything they canto retain the silverware.
