On behalf of the Bowls NSW Board, I would like to extend our sincere thanks and deep appreciation to Marina Deluchi for her outstanding service and contribution as a Director since 2022.
 
Marina has played a vital role in supporting Bowls NSW through one of the most significant periods of transformation in our organisation’s history. Her dedication, insight, and leadership have been instrumental in helping guide the Board and executive team as we modernised our structures and operations. Marina has generously given her time and expertise well beyond the typical expectations of a Director, chairing our Policy Committee and helping to shape a strong and contemporary policy framework that will continue to serve the sport well into the future.
 
As Marina steps down from her position, we thank her for her invaluable contribution and the lasting impact she has made on our governance and culture. We wish her all the very best for the future.

Marina’s resignation creates a female casual vacancy on the Bowls NSW Board, and we are now seeking expressions of interest from women who are passionate about shaping the future of bowls in New South Wales and contributing at a governance level.
