Bowls/Sports Coordinator
The Bowls Coordinator is a full-time position & reports to the Clubs General Manager, and has the responsibility of coordination, organisation and execution of all bowls/sports related activities in our club, all the while ensuring our bowling cohort are making memorable experiences.
More specifically, key duties will include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with and support our Bowls Committee
• Developing the annual bowls calendar in collaboration with other stakeholders
• Actively promote bowls events, including Barefoot Bowls, Corporate and Charity events,
• Engage new participants and grow interest in the sport
• Oversee the efficient running of bowls events and functions
• Actively participate in the organisation of training and coaching relating to bowls activities
• Maintain both synthetic greens
• Encourage participation in Region & State Events
• Be responsible for the club’s annual indoor sports championships
• Assist with organizing of tipping & punters clubs with-in the club
