On-Green Accreditations & BowlsLink Workshops
Bowls NSW is running free on-green accreditations and BowlsLink workshops as part of our Member Conference! Accreditations and workshops will be held on Wednesday 8th November at Cabra-Vale Diggers. Members can register to become an accredited official, participate in our intensive BowlsLink workshop or both!
On Green Accreditations
We’re providing free on-green assessments for Marker, Measurer and Umpire courses for members. State Umpire Committee Chair Alan Clarke and a team of Presenters & Assessors will be on hand to guide you through the on-green accreditation process. Limited places are available, so register now!
All courses are completed in 30 minute timeslots:
Markers Assessment | Available from 9:30am – 12:00pm*
Measurers Assessment | Available from 9:30am – 12:00pm*
Umpires Assessment | Available from 1:00pm – 3:00pm*
*Please note: You must complete the online training modules before you attend an on-green assessment
Bowls NSW Live Stream and Bowls App Coordinator Ben Krikstolaitis will be conducting intensive workshops specifically designed to educate BowlsLink competition and membership administrators. Attending this workshop will equip you with the skills you require to navigate BowlsLink, understand the functionality of the database and give you the opportunity to ask questions and engage in meaningful discussion on BowlsLink.
Workshops run for two hours and are available in two timeslots (10am – 12pm & 1pm – 3pm). The workshops have interactive elements, so attendees should bring a laptop, tablet or device to their session.
Topics covered include: Logging in and two-factor authentication, Member management (individual and group), transfers and new members, reports and data collection, club data management, individual competition entry, BowlsLearn, Competitions introduction, templates and results portal functionality.
