Scroungers
• Single Name Entries – please register early, to avoid missing out!
• Entry fee – $25 per player, includes morning tea and lunch!
• Entries and payment accepted up until 9.30am on the day, cards called ready for a 10.00am start. Club will open for bowlers at 8.45am!
• Scroungers is played in groups of 3, 4 or 5 – depending on player numbers on the day.
• 3 bowls, 15 ends (counting the three closest bowls: 3 – 2 – 1 scoring)
• The winner from each group will play off in the semi-finals:
o 2 bowls, 4 ends – then onto the finals!
Prize Money
• Guaranteed prize money – $250 (which will increase upon player numbers)
• Winner of the final wins 30% of the prize money.
• Runner Up wins 20% of the prize money.
• The balance of the prize money is shared between the winner’s original group (with the winner also receiving a share). Players must be present to receive the money!
Dress is Mufti, with bowls shoes!
Controlling body has the right to change the conditions of play to bring the day to a successful conclusion!
