Assistant Greenkeeper – Club Dubbo

West Dubbo Bowling Club Ltd T/as Club Dubbo is currently accepting applications for a suitably qualified assistant greenkeeper to assist in the day to day preparation of the clubs three (3) bowling greens and maintenance of the surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Head Greenkeeper & working a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, the assistant greenkeeper will ideally possess the following skills, experience & attributes:

Minimum Certificate III (3) in sports turf management
Experience operating & maintaining turf equipment
Chemical Qualification and spraying experience
Excellent Communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Irrigation maintenance experience
Able to work unsupervised and show initiative
Be punctual and reliable
Have a genuine interest in horticulture and working outdoors
Understanding of OH&S compliance and requirements
Current drivers license & own transport
Previous experience working on Bowling Greens highly desirable.
