NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of NEW SOUTH WALES WOMEN’S BOWLING ASSOCIATION INC

Notice is hereby given to the members of New South Wales Women’s Bowling Association Inc (WBNSW) of a Special General Meeting of NEW SOUTH WALES WOMEN’S BOWLING ASSOCIATION INC under the WBNSW Constitution.

Take notice that the WBNSW Special General Meeting will be held on the following date, place and time:

When: Monday 31st May 2021
Where: Club York, 95-99 York Street, Sydney
(Level 2 Bass Suite)
Start Time: 10.00am

The general nature of the business of the Special General Meeting shall be:

1. Opening
   a. Welcome
   b. Apologies
   
2. Amendment of Association Constitution
   
   The following is moved as a Special Resolution:
   a) THAT the constitution of the New South Wales Women’s Bowling Association Inc be amended and replaced with the Constitution attached to this notice and marked with the letter “A”.
   
   If the Special Resolution is approved the following is moved as Ordinary Resolution:
   b) THAT the Boards of WBNSW and New Bowls Entity be authorised to take all necessary steps to effect the above resolution.
   
3. Close of Special General Meeting
